Rdm India is located over in Mahavir Enclave, specifically at Rz-C3/78. We are pretty close to Dwarka Sector 2, so the area is always moving and there’s always noise from the street. Our office is a practical space. We don’t have fancy decorations or glass walls, just regular desks and chairs where we handle our daily business. We do a lot of different things here, mostly managing projects and keeping track of paperwork for our clients. Some days are slower than others, but usually, there’s a pile of things waiting for us when we walk in. We’ve been at this New Delhi address for a bit now, and we know the local chai wallah and the delivery guys pretty well. It’s a small team, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. If the printer jams, one of us fixes it. If a client calls with a problem, whoever picks up the phone tries to help out. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in India; we just want to do our jobs and make sure things are handled correctly. The commute can be a bit of a pain with the Delhi traffic, but once we’re at the office, it’s just about getting through the to-do list. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living, and we like the routine of it. We just keep our heads down and finish whatever tasks are on the desk for today.
