Rdm India Pvt Ltd is located at 79-Ies Apartments in New Delhi, 110078. It’s a bit unusual because we’re actually based inside a residential apartment complex. It makes for a very different workday compared to being in a commercial hub. We have to follow the apartment rules, so it’s pretty quiet most of the time. The office is basically a converted flat, so we have a kitchen and a living area where we’ve put all the desks. It’s a bit tight when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. The IES Apartments are well-known in this part of Delhi, so people don’t usually have trouble finding us once they get past the security gate. We spend our time working on various projects, mostly on our laptops. It feels very personal, almost like we’re just a group of friends working together. We don’t have a big sign outside, just the apartment number. Sometimes we take our breaks on the balcony to get some fresh air. It’s not a high-pressure corporate environment with a boss in a corner office. We’re all just sitting together in what used to be a bedroom. It’s a simple, honest way to run a company in India. We don’t need the fancy stuff to get the job done. It’s just 110078 life for us every day, and we wouldn't have it any other way.
