Rasha Welfare Foundation

Rasha Welfare Foundation is up on the second floor at 38, Sant Nagar. Being in East of Kailash means there is always noise and traffic, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. Our office is just a simple space where we handle all the welfare stuff. It’s not a big corporate headquarters or anything. It’s just a few desks and a lot of files. We spend most of our time here just working through whatever needs to be done that day. Sometimes it feels like we are constantly running around, but that is just how the foundation operates. People stop by sometimes to ask questions, and we try to help out with what we know. The stairs up to the second floor can be a bit steep, especially when we’re carrying boxes. We don't have a big marketing budget or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just write what’s happening. Sant Nagar is a tight squeeze with the cars, but it’s home for us. We’ve been here long enough that we know the shopkeepers downstairs. It’s a very local feel. We do our best to stay on top of the work without making things too complicated. It’s just honest work in a busy part of the city. We keep the doors open and just do what we can. Usually, there is some old music playing in the background while we sort through the paperwork and talk about the next steps.
