Rancy Constructions Pvt. Ltd. is located over in Vijay Enclave, right off the Dabri Palam Road in New Delhi. If you know the area, you know traffic can be a real headache around here. We’ve been at this spot for a bit. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a regular space where we keep our tools and files. We do construction work, mostly around the city. It’s a lot of long hours on site and then coming back here to sort out the plans. We have a crew that knows what they are doing. Most of the guys have been with us for years. We don't go for big ads. Most people find us because someone else told them about our work. Delhi is a big place, but the construction world feels small sometimes. We deal with the heat and the dust every day. It’s hard work, but we like seeing a project finished. Sometimes things get delayed because of supplies or weather, that’s just how it goes in this business. We try to be straightforward with people. No fancy talk, just telling it like it is. Our address is Rza-1, 130/5, if you’re trying to find the gate. It’s easy to miss if you’re driving fast. We’re usually there early in the morning before heading out to the sites. We handle all the permits and the boring stuff too. It’s a lot of running around but we are used to it by now.
