Raj Dairy

Our dairy is over in Dabri Extension, specifically in the Shivmain Market at Vijay Enclave. The exact spot is B/2/38 on the Main Dabri Palam Road. We start our day very early, long before most people are even awake. The milk arrives in the dark, and we have to get everything ready for the morning rush. People come in for their daily packets of milk, curd, or sometimes a bit of paneer for dinner. It is a small place, and it stays quite cool inside because of the big refrigerators. We spend a lot of time cleaning up spills and making sure the crates are stacked properly. The road outside can get very congested, especially during office hours, so we see a lot of traffic passing by our door. We know many of the families around here because they come in every single day. It is a steady kind of life. We don't really have sales pitches or anything. If the milk is fresh, people are happy. Sometimes we run out of stuff earlier than expected and have to tell people to come back tomorrow. That's just how it goes sometimes. We don't mind the hard work or the early hours. It's just what we do to keep the shop running in this part of town. We are just a local dairy doing our job.
