We’ve been around Dwarka Sector 3 for a while now. Most people know the office is over in Pocket 16. It's just a regular spot where we handle our building projects. It gets busy here sometimes with all the paperwork and people coming in to talk about their houses or shops. We started out small and stayed that way for a bit before things picked up. It's not a fancy office, just some desks and chairs where we get the work done. Usually, you’ll find someone here from morning until late evening depending on how many sites are active. Construction is a lot of back and forth, really. There’s always something that needs fixing or a plan that needs a second look. We try to keep things moving along even when the weather in Delhi gets rough or materials are late arriving at the site. It’s mostly just us trying to make sure the walls are straight and the roofs don't leak. Nothing too complicated about it. We’ve worked on quite a few plots around this area and some further out too. People just drop by when they see the sign or hear about us from a neighbor. It’s a local business through and through, run by people who live nearby. We know the roads here and how the local authorities handle things, which helps keep the headaches to a minimum. It’s just daily work for us, really. It’s simple and we like it.
