Qatar (Doha)

Our little office is in Sector-7 of R.K. Puram in New Delhi. If you are looking for us, we are in Flat No. 119. It is a regular residential block, so it doesn't look like a typical corporate office from the outside. We focus on matters related to Qatar and Doha, mostly helping people who are trying to figure out their way there for work or other reasons. Because we are in a flat, the atmosphere is pretty relaxed. We don't wear suits or have big meetings in boardrooms. Usually, it’s just a few of us sitting around desks with stacks of papers and passports. People hear about us from their relatives or friends and then they show up at our door. Delhi can be a very frantic place, but we try to keep things calm inside the office. We don't have any fancy brochures or a PR team. We just explain things in plain English or Hindi so everyone understands. It’s a lot of manual work, checking documents and making calls to see what the status of an application is. Sometimes the tea runs out and we have to send someone down to the market. We’ve been at this for a good while now, and we know how the system works. It isn't a glamorous job, but it is honest work and it helps people get to where they need to go. We stay busy from Monday to Saturday without any fuss.
