Our office is tucked away in Naraina Vihar at H 300. It’s a DDA colony, so you probably know the layout if you live in New Delhi. It’s a solid, older building with a lot of character, and we’ve made it our own over the years. We aren't one of those startups in a glass tower in Gurgaon. We are right here in the heart of a residential area where people actually live and shop. Every morning, we unlock the door at H 300 and start the day. There’s a small park nearby where we sometimes sit during lunch, and the local market has everything we need. The office itself is pretty simple. We have our records kept in old metal cabinets and we use every bit of space we have. It gets a little cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. Living and working in Naraina Vihar means we deal with the usual Delhi stuff, like the traffic on the ring road and the dust in the air. But we wouldn't really want to be anywhere else. We know the guard at the gate and the guy who brings the water bottles. It’s a small operation, and we like the fact that it feels like a community. We just stay focused on our tasks and try to get things done without making a big fuss or acting like something we aren't.
