P.S.B.Logistics Pvt. Ltd. is right there at 525 Laxmi Bai Nagar, just across from the INA Market in New Delhi. If you’ve ever tried to get through that area during rush hour, you know it’s a mess. Our office is in a spot that makes it easy for us to keep an eye on things, but it definitely gets noisy with all the horns honking outside. We handle logistics, which basically means we spend all day on the phone or looking at computer screens to see where our trucks are. The office has a few desks and some very old calendars on the walls that we never bothered to take down. It’s not the cleanest place in the world because of the Delhi dust that settles on everything the moment you wipe it off. We’ve got a small cooler for water and a lot of binders that we use to keep track of everything. It’s a practical setup and it works for what we need. The staff here has been together for a while, so we all know how each other likes to work. We don't really do much in the way of decoration or fancy stuff. It’s just about getting the shipments coordinated and making sure the paperwork is ready for the drivers. It’s a busy life, especially when the weather gets really hot and everyone is a bit frustrated. We just keep going. By the time we lock up at night, we are usually pretty tired, but we come back the next morning.
