We are located at House 430 in Sector 6, R. K. Puram. It’s a well-known part of New Delhi, and we’ve been here for a good while. The house is where we run our logistics business from. It’s a bit different than a traditional warehouse, but it works for us. We handle the planning and the coordination for moving stuff all over. Usually, our days are filled with phone calls and typing things into the computer. It's a lot of detail-oriented stuff, like making sure the addresses are right and the timing works out. R. K. Puram is a busy place, but our little corner is relatively manageable. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just rely on people knowing us and the work we do. It’s a small group of us here. We share the work and sometimes the stress when a big shipment is due. There’s no fancy lobby or uniforms. We just wear what’s comfortable and focus on the tasks. Sometimes the printers jam or the phones won't stop ringing, but we just keep going. It’s a straightforward way to make a living. We’ve learned over the years that just being honest about what we can do is the best way to run things. It’s a local operation, and we like it that way.
