Our office at Plot No. 21 is where all the planning happens. We keep things pretty simple here. We don't have any flashy signs or big advertisements. Most of our work comes from word of mouth or people seeing us on site. We’ve got a small crew that handles the daily grind. It’s a lot of phone calls to vendors and checking on progress. Dwarka is growing fast, so there is always something to do. We try to keep our head down and just focus on the buildings. Sometimes the weather makes things hard, but we push through. The office can get a bit cluttered with blueprints and samples of materials. That's just part of the job. We drink a lot of tea and talk about how to solve the next problem on the list. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s ours. We’ve been at this address for a while now and we like the neighborhood. It’s easy to get to the main roads from here. We don't spend time on fancy marketing because the projects take up all our energy. We just want to do the work and then go home to our families after a long day at the site or desk.
