Point One Project Management Services (P) Ltd. is based out of an apartment in Dwarka. Specifically, we are at 601, Yash Apartments on Plot No. 9 in Sector 11. It is a bit different from a standard office building since it's a residential area, but it works for us. We have a few desks set up and plenty of files scattered around. Being in New Delhi, the commute can be a bit of a headache with the traffic, but once we get into the office, it’s all about managing the various projects we have on our plate. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at schedules. It can get a bit chaotic when several things happen at once, but we just take it one step at a time. The team is small, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering emails to filing papers. We don't have any big signs out front or a lobby with a receptionist. It is just a practical workspace where we can focus. Lunch breaks are usually just grabbing something from a nearby spot or eating at the desk. We’ve been in this Sector 11 spot for a while now and the neighbors are used to us being around. It's a quiet enough place to think, which helps when things get stressful. We just aim to get through the to-do list every day and keep things moving. There is always something new to deal with each morning.
