We are set up in Mahipalpur Extension, specifically at A 63, Khasra No. 384/1. If you have ever been near the airport area, you know how many hotels and restaurants are packed into these streets. Platinum Hotels and Restaurants LLP is right there in the middle of it all. It is a busy, noisy part of Delhi, but it is perfect for the kind of work we do. We manage both lodging and eating spots, which means there is never a dull moment. One minute we are talking about bed sheets and the next we are worried about the kitchen stove. It is a lot to keep track of, but we have got a good rhythm going now. Our office is just a plain room where we handle the books and talk to our managers. We do not have a marketing department or anyone to polish our image; we just tell it like it is. If something is broken, we fix it. If a customer is unhappy, we listen. We spend a lot of time dealing with the local authorities and making sure all our papers are in order for the Khasra number we are on. It is honest work and it keeps us on our toes.
