People Partners Llp is easy to find if you know where DPS Public School is in Sector-3, Dwarka. We are right there at Plot No.30 on the ground floor. Being on the ground floor is nice because people can just walk right in without dealing with stairs or elevators. We’ve been in this spot for a while now. Our office is pretty simple. We have some basic furniture and a couple of computers that have seen better days. We spend our time working on HR projects for different companies. Sometimes it’s just helping with hiring, other times it’s more about paperwork or staff issues. We don't have a receptionist, so one of us usually just looks up from our desk when the door opens. It’s a relaxed atmosphere here. We aren't the type to wear suits every day unless there’s a big meeting. We prefer being practical and getting things done. The neighborhood is good, though it gets a bit crowded when the school lets out and the kids are everywhere. We just do our thing, helping out where we can and making sure we get the details right for our clients. We aren't trying to be the biggest HR firm in New Delhi, just one that people can actually talk to without feeling like they're in a big boardroom. It works for us and we've built some good relationships here in the 110078 area.
