Panesar Construction Co. Rajouri Garden, New Delhi.

We are Panesar Construction Co. Rajouri Garden, but our actual office is currently at Siddhartha Kunj Society. We are in Flat No. A-2, on Plot No-17 in Sector 7, Dwarka. Being in New Delhi means things are always fast-paced. Our workspace is pretty lived-in. There are blueprints rolled up in corners and samples of materials sitting on the floor. It’s not a showroom; it’s where we actually plan the builds. Dwarka is a big place, but Sector 7 is where we’ve settled. We don't use any of those big marketing words. We just talk like normal people because that’s who we are. Some days are long, especially when we are trying to coordinate with the guys on the sites. The traffic in Delhi doesn't help much either. We just try to stay on top of the schedules. It’s a lot of practical problem-solving. We don't pretend to be some massive corporation with hundreds of offices. We are just here in Siddhartha Kunj, making sure the construction work stays on track. If the phone rings, one of us picks it up. If there’s a problem at a site, we go there. It’s direct and simple. People know we are just around the corner in Dwarka if they need to check on something. We don't have a receptionist in a suit, just a few of us working hard to get things built.
