Our main spot is in Vasant Kunj, specifically in Sector B-Xi at 8207. It’s a decent area of New Delhi, though the parking can be a real headache sometimes. I’ve spent a lot of my years working in development and infrastructure. This company, Pal Infrastructure & Developers Pvt Ltd, isn't about those giant skyscrapers you see on TV, but more about the practical stuff here on the ground. We deal with a lot of regulations and the usual Delhi bureaucracy. My day usually starts early with a stack of papers and a lot of phone calls to site managers. We've been at this address for a while, so the neighbors know who we are. It’s not a big corporate setup with glass walls. It’s just an office where we get things done. Sometimes the projects take longer than we want because of the weather or some other delay, but that's just the nature of building things in India. I try to stay organized, but with so many developers and workers to talk to, it gets hectic. I spend a lot of time in the car going between Vasant Kunj and various project sites. It’s tiring, but I’m used to it by now. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just build and develop as best as we can with what we have. It’s a job like any other, really. Just more dust involved.
