You can find our office at E-1506 in Netaji Nagar. We have been working from this New Delhi location for a long time under the name Overnite Express Ltd. As the name suggests, we spend our time worrying about how to get packages delivered quickly. It is a fast-paced environment and our office reflects that. There are always stacks of parcels waiting to be sorted and drivers coming in to pick up their daily manifests. It is not a polished or quiet place. Most of the time, it is quite loud with people shouting across the room and the sound of tape dispensers. We don't have a corporate lobby with fancy chairs or a mission statement on the wall. We just have a lot of work to do. Netaji Nagar is a busy area, and we have become a familiar part of the neighborhood over the years. We spend a lot of our time on the phone, either talking to customers or tracking down where a specific delivery has gotten to. Sometimes things go wrong, like a van getting a flat tire or a big rainstorm slowing everything down. We just deal with it and try to be honest about the delays. Most of the staff here have been together for years, so we have a good rhythm. It is a tough job sometimes, but it is what we know how to do. We don't try to make it sound like more than it is.
