Our office is tucked away on the first floor over in Tilak Nagar, right near the post office. It's 23/3-B, a building most people in this part of New Delhi recognize once they get close enough to the main market area. It's a crowded neighborhood, so finding a spot to park is always a real headache, but we've gotten used to the constant noise from the street below. We handle ceramics and industrial supplies from this location. Inside, it's mostly desks, stacks of files, and a few dusty samples of the tiles we work with. It isn't a showroom or anything like that, just a place for work. We spend our days coordinating with the factory and making sure the orders are actually going where they're supposed to be sent. Sometimes the internet acts up or the mail gets delayed, which slows us down, but that's just life in a busy city like Delhi. The team here is small and we’ve been at this address for a long time, so we know the local chai wallah and the postman by name. We aren't trying to be the biggest or flashiest company around. We just want to make sure the work gets handled properly without any errors. It’s a plain, straightforward operation. If you need to find us, just look for the post office and you're basically there. We’re usually around until late evening trying to finish up whatever tasks came in that morning.
