Organic Fresh Foods Private Limited is located at Shop No. 335 inside the Vardhman Crown Mall in Dwarka Sector-19. Being in a mall is a bit different from having a shop on the street. We have to follow the mall hours and deal with the security and all that. The shop itself is tucked away in Sector-19. We spend a lot of time checking the stock and making sure everything looks right on the shelves. It is a lot of work to keep track of where everything comes from. We don't have a massive warehouse, so we have to be careful with how much we bring in at once. The mall gets really busy on the weekends with families walking around, so those are our longest days. During the week, it’s a bit more relaxed and we get to talk to our regular customers more. We aren’t a giant chain with hundreds of locations. We are just here at Shop 335. Sometimes the fruit doesn't look perfect, but that's just how nature works. We don't use a lot of fancy lights or displays to hide things. It is just a shop in Dwarka where we sell food. We try to keep the place clean and the shelves full. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but we like the routine of it. We just open up in the morning and do our best until the mall closes.
