Optical Mall Eye Care Clinic

Our clinic is located right on the Main Palam Dabri Road at Rz-77 in Dasrathpuri. If you’ve ever driven down this road, you know how busy it gets with all the cars and scooters. We have been here for a good amount of time, providing a place for the neighborhood to get their eyes looked at. It’s not a giant mall like the ones in the city center, but it’s our space. I spend most of my mornings cleaning the dust off the glass cases because the road outside kicks up a lot of it. It’s a never-ending task, honestly. We have the usual equipment for testing vision and a decent selection of frames on the walls. Some of the chairs in the waiting area have seen better days, but they are comfortable enough. I like the fact that we know many of our patients by their first names because they live just a few blocks away. It makes the day go by faster when you can chat about the neighborhood news. We don't have a big team or a corporate office telling us what to do. It’s just us doing the work every day. Sometimes the power cuts out for a few minutes, which can be a hassle when we’re in the middle of a test, but we just wait it out. It’s a very local, down-to-earth kind of place. We keep things simple and try to be helpful to whoever walks in.
