Opn Real Estate Consultants Llp is located at Plot No - 7 in Sector 7 of Dwarka. We are specifically over at The Brahma, which is part of the CGHS Ltd area. The address is a bit of a mouthful, especially with the B-41 part, but once you get here, it’s a nice enough place to work. My partners and I have been doing this real estate consulting thing for a good while now. We don't have any glossy brochures or a big sales team. It’s just us sitting in the office or driving around South West Delhi to look at properties. Sector 7 is a busy area with lots of families and parks. We like the vibe of the neighborhood quite a bit. The office itself is practical, with enough space for our files and a few chairs for visitors to sit in. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting people at sites to show them around. It’s not a fancy corporate lifestyle. We drink a lot of tea and try to keep up with all the new rules and paperwork that keeps coming. Sometimes the lift in the building is out of order, so we get a bit of exercise on the stairs. We know the local shopkeepers and where to get the best snacks nearby. It’s a solid, local business. We just take things as they come and try to give people honest advice about the local market without making it too complicated.
