We are over at Shop Number 301 in the Vikas Surya Tower, which is on Plot 7 in Sector 12 of Dwarka. It’s a busy building with a lot of other offices, but we’re up on the third floor. Most of our work is centered right here in Dwarka. The office is a bit small, filled with desks, computers, and stacks of property files. We spend a lot of time looking out at the traffic while we’re on the phone. Sector 12 is a good spot because it’s easy for people to find us. We don’t have a big corporate setup. It is just a few of us working together to keep track of the local flats and commercial spaces. Some days are quiet, and other days it feels like everyone is calling at once. We spend a lot of time walking to different sectors to check on properties. The lift in the tower can be slow during lunch hours, so we often take the stairs instead. We keep it pretty informal here. No suits or ties, just regular clothes and hard work. We know the local schools and the parks nearby. Most of our clients are just people from the neighborhood looking for a change. We try to be as helpful as we can without making things complicated. It is a simple, honest way to run a property business in South West Delhi. We are usually here from morning until late evening, just getting things done.
