One Contracting Company

We are One Contracting Company. Our office is located at 442 DDA(LIG), Phase II, in Pocket II, Sector 14, Dwarka. That is in New Delhi, pin 110075. We have been working out of this Dwarka location for quite some time now. It’s a DDA flat, so it looks pretty much like all the other buildings in this pocket. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot of people moving around throughout the day. We picked Sector 14 because it is a good, central spot for us to be based. The name One Contracting Company is simple and to the point, which is how we like things. The office can get a little bit messy with all the papers and plans we have lying around, but that is just the reality of how we work. Being in Phase II of the DDA area means there is always something going on outside our windows. We try to get to the office early most days before the New Delhi traffic gets too bad. There is just a small team of us here. We don't have fancy meeting rooms or anything like that, just our desks and the chairs we sit in. If you are looking for 442 in Pocket II, you might need to walk around a little bit because the way they numbered the buildings in Dwarka can be a bit confusing if you aren't from here. But we are here every day. It’s a solid place to work.
