Our place is at 136, Sarai Sohal in the Mangla Puri area of Palam. Being in New Delhi 110045 means we are right in the thick of it. Ondot Courier & Cargo Ltd operates out of this building, and it’s rarely a quiet moment. Palam is a busy neighborhood, and the street outside our door is always full of life. We’re just a regular group of people handling packages and cargo day in and day out. The office isn't anything special, just a place where we can keep the rain off the boxes and have a spot to sit and do the billing. We don't have a lot of time for fancy talk or marketing. There's always a courier coming in or a van leaving, so the doors are almost always open. We deal with all sorts of items, and every day brings something different. It can get a bit disorganized when the peak season hits, but we always manage to find what we’re looking for eventually. The staff here knows the area well, which helps when we’re trying to figure out the best way to get through the local traffic. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of workplace.
