We've been at Metro Vihar for a while now. It's right by the DMRC train depot and the Sai Baba Mandir. If you know Najafgarh, you know it gets really busy with all the traffic. We spend our days handling logistics and making sure boxes get where they need to go. It’s not a fancy office or anything like that. Just a practical space in A 101 where we keep things organized. Usually, the phone starts ringing early and we’re dealing with drivers and schedules until late in the evening. Sometimes things are a bit chaotic but we manage. People stop by the Mandir and then come over if they have questions about a shipment. Delhi traffic is always a major factor in what we do, so we’re used to planning around the jams. It’s just work for us, really. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to make us look more important than we are. It's just a few of us making sure the logistics side of things stays on track. We've got the space here in Metro Vihar to keep things moving. It's mostly about keeping track of what's coming in and what's going out on the trucks. Sometimes we’re short-staffed or a driver is stuck, but that’s just how this business goes. We don't try to make it sound more complicated than it is.
