We are based out of Vasant Vihar, specifically in the Hill View Apartment complex. It is a nice enough spot in New Delhi, though the parking can be a bit of a nightmare during the middle of the day. Our space here in A-34 is where we handle all the coordination for our transport work. Most of our days are spent on the phone or looking at schedules. It gets pretty loud in the office when everyone is talking at once, but we manage somehow. Delhi is a huge city and moving goods through this traffic takes a lot of patience and knowing which shortcuts actually work. We have been in this location for a while now, so the local chai wallah knows exactly how we like our tea. That helps on the long afternoons when we have a lot of crates to track and paper work to file. We don't really have a fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s a working office with maps on the walls and plenty of coffee mugs scattered around. We just try to get the jobs done without making a big fuss about it. Dealing with logistics in a place like this means you expect the unexpected, like a road closure or a sudden rainstorm that slows everything down to a crawl. We just take it as it comes and try to keep things moving as best as we can. It's not always easy, but it is what we do for a living.
