New United Process

New United Process is over in Naraina Industrial Area Phase 2. We are located at A-26. It’s a typical industrial spot with lots of noise and dust from the nearby units. We do processing work here, which is mostly technical stuff that involves machines and steady hands. We’ve been in Naraina for a long time now. The area has changed quite a bit, but our building is still the same old place. Inside, it’s mostly workspace. We have a small corner for an office where we keep the books and handle the phone calls. Most of the time, everyone is out on the floor working. We don't wear suits or ties here. We usually wear clothes that we don't mind getting a bit of grease or dust on. The work can be a bit repetitive, but it still needs to be done right every single time. We have a few older machines that we really trust, even if they aren't the newest models on the market. They get the job done for us. Sometimes we have to stay late into the evening to finish a big batch for a client. That’s just how it goes in this kind of industry. We don't talk much about things like "strategies" or "corporate visions." We just look at the schedule for the day and try to get through the pile of work. People know us because we’ve been at this address for so many years. It’s a decent living.
