Our base is located at P-4/1 in the Delhi Cantonment area, very close to the Palam airport station. It’s a spot that stays busy because of all the people moving in and out of the city. We spend most of our time surrounded by cardboard boxes, rolls of bubble wrap, and packing tape. The office is really more of a storage space where we keep our supplies and coordinate the trucks. It’s not a fancy setup by any means. Usually, there are a couple of us here trying to figure out the best routes for the day. Being near the airport station means we see a lot of travelers and heavy traffic. We’ve been doing this for a while now, so we know the local roads like the back of our hands. It’s physical work and can be quite tiring, but we just get on with it. We don't have a big marketing department or a polished front desk. It’s just a practical workspace where we manage the logistics of moving stuff. Sometimes the floor is covered in scrap paper and markers from labeling boxes. We just try to keep things moving as smoothly as we can. It’s a simple business run by people who aren't afraid to get their hands dirty. We just take it one job at a time and try to stay organized. There is always a truck being loaded or unloaded somewhere nearby.
