We are based in Palam Village at W.Z.-62, which is a part of New Delhi that has a lot of character and history. Our office is a simple space where we manage the activities of New Age Buildcon Pvt. Ltd. Palam is a very busy area with narrow streets and a lot of local shops, and we have been a part of this community for quite some time. We don't have a flashy office with a big glass front. Instead, it is just a functional workspace where we keep our project files and meet with our workers. Our day usually starts quite early, checking on the progress of our various building sites and making sure the crews have their instructions. It is a lot of hands-on work and we spend more time out in the field than sitting behind a desk. We don't use any fancy marketing or promotional talk. We just focus on the practical side of construction. Dealing with the traffic and the daily chaos of Delhi is just part of the job for us. We prefer being in the village because it feels more personal and we know the people around here. It is not a high-pressure corporate environment; it is just a place where we work hard and try to get things built right. We are just a group of local people doing our best to run a honest construction business in a busy neighborhood.
