Our office is located at 219, Rastrapati Bhawan Cabinet Affairs Society, which is over in Sector 10 of Dwarka. If you know New Delhi, you know this part of town has grown quite a bit recently. We operate from Plot No. 3. It is basically a place where we manage the administrative side of the highway projects. There are always files stacked up on desks and people coming in and out for various meetings. We handle a lot of the back-end stuff that keeps the roads running properly. The staff here has been around for several years, so we know the routine pretty well. It is a bit of a quiet area compared to the main city center, which helps when you have to focus on all the technical details. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at maps of the region. Working for the National Highways Authority Of India in a place like Dwarka means dealing with a lot of traffic even before you get to the office doors. We aren't big on fancy speeches or marketing talk. We just show up, do the hours, and make sure the projects are moving along like they are supposed to. Sometimes the coffee machine breaks, and things get a little slow, but we manage to get through the day. It’s a standard office environment with people who care about getting the job done right without making a big fuss about it.
