Our office for Naksha Bazaar Pvt.Ltd. is at Rz-202K on Street-12 in Sadh Nagar. It’s a typical Delhi street, narrow and always full of life. We’ve been here for a while and have become a small part of the local scenery. We deal with nakshas, or building plans, and it’s a lot more paperwork than most people realize. Our office is filled with cabinets full of old files and large-format printers that seem to have a mind of their own. We spend a lot of time checking local bylaws and making sure every line on a map is where it should be. It’s not glamorous work. There’s a lot of sitting and staring at technical drawings. We don't have a big team of polished executives. It’s just us, answering the phones and meeting with people who want to build something on their plot of land. We try to be as straightforward as possible about what can and cannot be done. Sadh Nagar is a tight-knit place, and we often see the same faces every day. We enjoy the routine of the shop. Usually, there’s a pot of tea going and some snacks on the table. We don't put on any acts for our clients. We just show them the plans and explain the process in simple terms. It’s a practical business built on getting the details right, one drawing at a time. It’s often dusty from the street outside but we keep the fans going.
