Our branch for Nagarjuna Construction Company Limited is right in Moti Bagh 1 in New Delhi. It’s a government area mostly, so it’s got a bit of a different feel than the rest of the city. Being at C-Ii49 means we’re centrally located, which helps when we have to run around to different departments or sites. The office is an older building, and it has that classic Delhi feel to it. It’s not a glass skyscraper, just a solid place where we can sit down and get our work done. We handle a lot of the coordination for projects around the capital. There’s always someone coming in with a delivery or a set of drawings to be signed. It gets pretty loud during the day with the traffic outside, but we’re used to it by now. We focus on the practical side of things—making sure the labor is there, the materials are bought, and the deadlines are met. We don’t spend time on fancy brochures or marketing talk. If you come by, you’ll likely see a few of us drinking chai and looking over a spreadsheet. It’s a straightforward environment. We’ve been here for a while and have seen the city change quite a bit around us. Our job is just to keep building and keep the wheels turning, regardless of how busy the city gets. We just keep our heads down and do what needs to be done every day.
