Our shop is number 2447 over in the Sadar Bazar area, specifically in Teliwara. If you know Sadar Bazar, you know how crowded it gets every single morning. It’s a lot of chaos outside but inside Mvg Hr Solution Pvt Ltd, we try to keep things a bit more organized. We spend our time working on hiring stuff and helping people find work or helping companies find staff. It’s a small space, just a shop really, but it serves the purpose. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We’ve been here for a bit and know most of the other shopkeepers nearby. People come in looking for jobs quite often. We talk to them, look at their papers, and see where they might fit. It’s not a glamorous job but it’s important for the folks around here. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint soon. We have a few chairs for visitors to sit while they wait. Being in Teliwara means we are right in the middle of everything. It can be hard to find parking near Shop No 2447, so most people just walk or take a rickshaw. We usually open up early and stay until the market starts to quiet down in the evening. It’s just how we run things here. No fancy bells or whistles, just the daily grind of HR work and keeping the records straight.
