Our office is over in Hauz Khas, specifically at C-314 in the S.D.A area. It's a well-known part of New Delhi, so getting here isn't too hard for most people. We've been operating out of this spot for quite some time, dealing with the various communication needs of the local residents and businesses nearby. The space itself is pretty straightforward. We have desks, some old files, and the usual equipment you'd expect for a telecom branch. It’s a bit noisy outside because of the city traffic, but inside we just focus on the tasks at hand. Whether it's fixing a line or setting up a new account, we take it as it comes. We aren't a big flashy corporate headquarters. We’re just the local office for this part of the city. The staff here has seen a lot of changes in technology over the years. We remember when things were much simpler, but we keep up with the new systems as best as we can. Sometimes the systems are slow, and we have to ask people to wait a bit. It’s just part of the job. Most of the folks who come in are regulars from the neighborhood. We know the streets around the pin code 110016 quite well. It’s a busy place, but we like being right in the middle of it all. We just keep our heads down and work.
