Our office is located at B-301 in Qutab Vihar, Phase-1. Even though we are right on the edge of New Delhi and Haryana, we feel very connected to both areas. Being in the housing and construction business means we are always looking at land and buildings. This office is where we do all the planning and meet with folks who are interested in our projects. It’s a pretty simple setup inside. We have some chairs for people to sit and talk, and lots of folders piled up on the desks. Qutab Vihar is a developing area, so there is always some construction noise in the background, which feels appropriate for what we do. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just talk to people plainly about what they need and what we can do. Some days are slow with just us filing papers, and other days the phone won't stop ringing. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit since we started working here. The address is easy enough to find once you get into Phase-1. We aren't looking to be the biggest company out there, we just want to keep our projects moving and make sure our clients are taken care of without any unnecessary fuss. It’s honest work and we like being part of the local building scene in this part of the city.
