Our office is located at House Number 67 in Todarmal Colony, which is over in the Najafgarh area of New Delhi. It is a bit far out from the main city center, but it works well for us. We handle a lot of construction-related tasks and paperwork from this base. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it stays relatively quiet compared to the rest of Delhi. We aren't a big flashy construction firm with a huge lobby. We operate out of a regular house that we've converted for our needs. Most of our work involves planning and managing the various construction sites we have. We spend a lot of time on the phone and looking at blueprints. The 110043 area is where we've settled in. We don't have a lot of fancy slogans. We just focus on the engineering and the physical building work that needs to be done. Our team is a mix of people who have been in the industry for years. We usually start early in the morning before the sun gets too hot. There is always a lot of tea and discussion about materials and timelines. We just try to get the jobs done without making a huge scene about it. It’s a practical way to run a construction company, and being in Najafgarh keeps us grounded. We just keep moving forward one brick at a time. Every day brings a new set of problems to solve.
