If you come down Street 2 in East Sagar Pur, you’ll find us at Rz - 135A/91. We are M/S Nipa International Pvt. Ltd. and we've been in this part of New Delhi for quite some time now. The street is a bit narrow, so parking can be a real pain if you’re not used to navigating the local lanes. Our office is just a regular building, nothing that stands out from the rest of the houses and shops nearby. We handle international work, which sounds more glamorous than it actually is. Most of the day is just spent filling out forms, checking shipping rates, and making sure the labels are correct. It’s tedious but necessary stuff. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees. We’re a small group that knows each other well. We usually eat lunch together and complain about the heat in the summer months. It gets really dusty around here, especially with the construction that always seems to be going on nearby. We don’t have a marketing department to write fancy stories about us. We just do what we do. People come to us because they know we’re right here in the neighborhood and they can talk to us face to face. It’s a practical way to run a business. We keep our records in old-fashioned files and on the computer, just to be safe. We also spend a lot of time on the phone with customs and agents. (252 words)
