Down in Dwarka, specifically in Sector-13, you’ll find us at Flat No.189 in Pocket-A. It’s Phase-II, which has changed a lot over the last few years. M/S Mgf Developmenys Ltd. is tucked away here among all the residential buildings. New Delhi is a fast place, but in this part of Dwarka, things feel a little more settled, even if the traffic nearby is always a mess. We aren't one of those companies with a glass skyscraper. Our space is more lived-in, with stacks of files and a coffee machine that gets a lot of use. Working in development in a city this size means you’re always dealing with something new, whether it’s a permit issue or just waiting for a delivery truck that got stuck on the Ring Road. We don’t try to sound like something we aren't. We’re just a group of people who know this area well and work on local projects. The office is usually a bit cluttered because we’re always looking over maps or talking to contractors. It’s a practical way of working. We’ve seen Dwarka grow from almost nothing into what it is today, and being a small part of that keeps us busy. It’s not always easy, but we like being right here in the mix of things. Sometimes the paperwork piles up, but we just take it one day at a time until the job is finished.
