You can find K.B.Contractors over in Bharat Vihar. Our address is B-1/153 A. It’s right here in New Delhi, 110075. It’s a regular neighborhood place. We aren't in one of those huge glass towers downtown. We work out of this space and it fits us just fine. Most days are spent on the phone or out at different sites across the city. Being a contractor in Delhi means a lot of traffic and moving things around. We’ve got a small team. Everyone knows what they are supposed to do. We don’t really have a big reception area. It’s more of a place where we keep our tools and files. If someone knocks, we just talk to them right there. We don't use a lot of big words. We just talk about the work that needs doing. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit much, but we manage. We’ve been at this Bharat Vihar spot for a while now. The neighbors know us. We don’t do much advertising. People usually find us because they saw one of our jobs or heard from a friend. It’s a simple setup. We get in early and leave when the work is finished. That’s pretty much the whole story of how we run things here. No drama, just regular daily work. We don't really have time for anything else.
