M/S Kamala Construction Company

We have been running Kamala Construction Company out of the Lovely Home Apartments in Dwarka for a while now. It is a residential area, so it is not some big glass office building like you see in some parts of the city. Just us in unit A-504. Most of our time is spent on different sites around New Delhi, but this apartment is where we do all the planning and take our phone calls. Plot-5 in Sector-5 is pretty easy to find once you get into the neighborhood, though parking can be a bit of a pain sometimes. It is just a small team here. We do not really do big advertisements or anything like that. We mostly just work on local building projects that come our way. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with blueprints and old files, but we know where everything is kept. It is a practical way to run a business without too much extra cost. Living and working in the same general area helps us keep an eye on things nearby. We have seen Dwarka change quite a bit over the years. We just focus on getting the construction work done right so there are not any issues for the owners later. If you need to reach us, the apartment is where we keep the records. It is a quiet place to work compared to the building sites. We like it that way. No big corporate meetings, just regular people trying to build things properly.
