M/S Bliss Refrigeration

You can find Bliss Refrigeration over at House Number 67 in Todarmal Colony. It’s tucked away in Najafgarh, which is a part of New Delhi that stays pretty hectic most of the time. We aren't in one of those big malls or shiny market complexes that you see in other parts of the city. We work out of a house in a regular residential colony. It makes things a bit more personal, I think. People from around the neighborhood know where we are. Dealing with fridges and cooling systems in a city like Delhi is a nonstop job, especially when the summer hits and the temperature goes past forty degrees. That's when the phones start ringing off the hook and we’re out all day. The workshop area is usually cluttered with spare parts, old compressors, and tools we’ve had for years. It’s not the neatest place, but we know where everything is kept. Our address is 110043, and the streets around here can be a bit of a maze if you aren't used to Najafgarh. We usually have a few machines sitting out front waiting to be picked up. It’s just a small local operation. There isn't any big corporate structure here, just a few of us who know how to fix things when they break. We drink a lot of tea and try to stay cool while we work on everyone else's cooling units. It’s been our routine for a long time.
