Our office is situated at 1132 in Laxmi Bai Nagar, New Delhi. It’s a pretty central location, which makes it easier for us to reach the different sites we are working on across the city. We’ve been in the contracting business for quite a while now. The office itself is usually piled high with site drawings, blueprints, and folders full of receipts. It’s not very organized to an outsider, but we know exactly where everything is. We don't spend a lot of time sitting behind desks anyway. Most days, we are out in the sun or rain, checking on progress and talking to the crews. It’s a lot of manual work and coordination. We don't use fancy words or make big promises we can't keep. We just look at what needs to be built and try to figure out the best way to get it done with the materials we have. Sometimes things get delayed because of traffic or supplies not arriving, which is just part of working in a busy city like Delhi. We don't have a corporate team or a polished image. We are just a group of people who know how to handle construction projects. Most of our work comes from people who have seen what we do and know we are reliable. It’s a busy life and the days start early and end late. We are just local folks doing our part to build things around here.
