We operate out of Flat 21C, which is an LIG flat in Pocket C, Sector 3 of Dwarka. It is on the second floor. Dwarka is a planned area, so the roads are a bit wider than in other parts of the city, which is nice for a change. The flat is a basic residential unit that we use as our office. It’s got that lived-in feel to it. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea and coffee throughout the day. The rooms aren't huge, so it gets a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time. We have files stacked up in the corners because we never seem to have enough shelf space for everything. The balcony is small but it’s a good spot to stand for a minute and look at the trees in the park across the way. We chose this spot because it’s quiet enough to actually get some work done. Most of the people living in the building are families, so it’s pretty calm during the work hours. We don't have a big sign outside or anything like that. Usually, people just know where we are by the address. It’s a practical setup for us. We aren't looking for a high-rise office. We just need a place to sit, use our computers, and talk through our plans for the week. It works for what we need right now and keeps things simple.
