Our office is located at H.No N-634 in Sector -8, R.K Puram. We are basically operating out of Mr. Ashok Kumar’s place. It is a standard residential area in New Delhi, and having Mcm Services Pvt. Ltd. here makes things feel a lot more personal than if we were in a big glass tower. The neighborhood is full of trees and people going about their daily business. Inside, we have converted part of the space into a workspace where we manage all our service contracts. It is a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes, especially when we have a lot of files to sort through. We do not have a reception desk or a sign outside that lights up. Most people find us through word of mouth or by looking up our address in R.K Puram. We spend our days answering emails, talking to people on the phone, and making sure our service deliveries are on track. It is honest work. Sometimes we lose track of time and work late into the evening, but that is just the way it goes when you are running your own thing. We are not a massive company with hundreds of employees. It is just a small group of us trying to do a good job from a home-based office. We like the quiet of Sector -8 and the fact that we can just walk down the street for a quick snack when things get busy. It keeps us grounded and focused on what we need to do.
