Marksman Security & Services

Marksman Security & Services is situated down in Lado Sarai, specifically on Qutab Lane. It’s an interesting part of town with a lot of history nearby, but our day-to-day is pretty ordinary. We operate out of a modest space on the lane. We spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to our staff who are out at different locations. The office is usually filled with the sound of the ceiling fan and the occasional car passing by in the narrow street outside. We aren't looking to be the biggest company out there. We just focus on managing our team and making sure our clients are taken care of. It’s a small operation here in Lado Sarai. We know most of the people who work in the neighboring shops. Sometimes we stand outside on the lane just to get a bit of fresh air during a break. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture or decorations. Our walls have a few maps and calendars pinned up. It’s a practical workspace for practical people. We don't use a lot of business jargon. We just talk like normal people and try to be as clear as possible. The lane can get a bit muddy when it rains, so we spend a lot of time mopping the floor. We start early in the morning and usually don't leave until everything is squared away for the night.
