Mantan The Fitness Lounge

We've been running Mantan The Fitness Lounge for some time now. You can find us at 13 Mg Road, right there in the New Manglapuri area of Delhi. Most people know the Mehrauli Gurgaon Road stretch as being pretty busy, and we are just tucked in there at 110030. It’s a straightforward setup. We have the usual weights and a few machines that get the job done. The lounge part of the name makes it sound fancier than it is, really it’s just a place where folks from the neighborhood come to sweat a bit before or after their shifts. Sometimes the traffic on MG Road gets a bit much, especially in the evenings, but once you get inside, it’s just the sound of iron clanging. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles. The floors are a bit worn in places, but that’s because they actually get used. People around New Manglapuri seem to like that it’s right here and they don’t have to travel far. We open early so the morning crowd can get their sets in. It’s not a corporate chain where nobody knows your name. Usually, you’ll see the same faces every day. We keep the lights on and the music going. If you're looking for a spot that’s just a gym without any extra drama, that's what we have going on here on the main road.
