We set up Malhan Constructions Pvt Ltd in the Shiv Shakti Plaza, specifically at L1-7. It’s part of the Dwarka Local Shopping Complex. It’s a handy spot because there are plenty of shops around if we need anything. We deal with building projects and construction work from this office. You’ll usually see a few maps or blueprints rolled up on the tables. It’s not a huge space but it fits our small team. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to workers or checking on materials. People in Dwarka know this shopping complex well so finding us isn’t usually a problem for clients. The office is pretty basic, just some desks, chairs, and a filing cabinet that’s getting a bit full. We don't have a big receptionist or a fancy waiting room. If you come by, you just walk in and talk to whoever is free. We’ve been working on various sites across the city but this is where all the planning and paperwork happens. Sometimes the hallway outside is a bit noisy with people going to the other shops nearby. We don’t mind it much. It feels like a real workplace. We try to be honest about how long things take and what they cost. Construction is messy work, but the office stays relatively clean. It’s a solid home base for us while we are out building things. We’ve been here for a while and plan to stay.
