We are situated at Empire Estate on the Mehrauli-Gurgaon Road, right in the Sultanpur area of New Delhi. It’s a well-known spot, though the traffic on MG Road can be a real headache during rush hour. Our office is at A-7, and it’s where all the logistics coordination happens for this branch. We spend our hours looking at maps, talking to drivers, and sorting out delivery times. The building is solid, and we have a decent view of the road, which helps us see how bad the jam is getting. It’s a lot of back-and-forth communication. People think logistics is just about trucks, but it’s mostly about solving problems when something doesn’t go as planned. We have a small team here, and everyone wears a few different hats to keep things moving. There isn't much flash to what we do. It’s about making sure the goods move from point A to point B. We get a lot of dust from the main road, so we’re always cleaning the desks. Lunch is usually something quick brought from home or picked up from a nearby stall. We’ve been at this Sultanpur location for a while and have seen the metro line bring a lot more people to the area. It’s a busy place to be, but we like the energy of it. We just keep our heads down and do the work. The paperwork piles up, but we make sure it all gets filed properly before we leave.
