Madhucon Project Limited has a spot in Palam Village, New Delhi. The address is WZ 49, care of Sanjeev Thakur. Palam is a very old and crowded part of the city, sitting right near the airport. The lanes are narrow and can be quite confusing for someone who isn't from around here. You have to weave through scooters and people walking to find the WZ numbers. Our office is basically a room in the village area where we handle the project details. It’s a humble place, nothing like the big glass buildings you see in Gurgaon. We have a few chairs, a couple of fans that hum all day, and a lot of documents. Sanjeev Thakur is usually the person people ask for when they reach the village square. There is a lot of history in these streets, and you can smell the food being cooked in the houses nearby. It feels very grounded and real. We don't have a big corporate lobby or a receptionist. If the door is open, you just walk in and talk to whoever is sitting there. It’s a practical location for us because it’s central to a lot of the work we do in the Delhi area. The planes flying overhead are so loud you have to stop talking for a second, but that’s just life in Palam. It is what it is.
