Leighton Construction

We are located on the second floor of B-8 in the Qutab Institutional Area. It is a busy part of Katwaria Sarai, and there is always something going on outside our windows. Leighton Construction has been here for a while, and the office is usually filled with the sound of phones ringing and people talking over blueprints. It is not a quiet place, but it is where we get everything done. We do not have a big marketing team or anything like that. Usually, it is just us trying to keep the projects on track and making sure the suppliers show up when they say they will. Delhi can be a tough place to get around, so we spend a lot of time coordinating the logistics. The office itself is pretty basic, just some desks, computers, and a lot of empty coffee cups. We do not worry too much about having the latest office furniture. As long as the lights stay on and the files stay in some kind of order, we are happy. We have had some long nights here when deadlines were close, but that is just part of the construction business. We just take it one day at a time and try to stay organized. It is a straightforward way of working, and it seems to suit us just fine in this part of New Delhi. We just focus on the plans and the people out on the sites. It is what we know how to do.
